| Ferienobjektbeschreibung: | Nestled in a quiet, lush, tropical garden of 1000sqm at the outsk of Beruwela. The apartm. has a sep. entrance and a private garden. All appliances are new. We, myself a german national together with my wife, a Sri Lankan and our 12yrs old son are liv. in the 1st floor. We have two dogs, of which one is a Great Dane. They are watching over us and the property. The grundfloor and the private garden are built in a way that the dog's can't access, except you invite them. All together there are 6 rooms out of that 2 are bedrooms, 1 room is equipped with a fitness running machine and ironing equipment. The bed rooms have direct access to the covered large veranda and the priv. garden with a BBQ place and a waterfall shower, built of granite stones like a cabin. Through the peaceful surrounding we have lots of exotic birds like colibri, king fisher, parrot etc. which are visiting and sometimes breeding in the trees. If you like contact, you are welcome, if you want your peace, we respect it. |
| Weitere Informationen: | Through our experience here we can advise you where you find what you need for a reasonable price. Excursions or round tours, as well as the airport transfer can be arranged for you. The whole area including the garden is WiFi enabled. Out of the lush garden, a portion of around 150sqm is reserved for our guests. The Indian ocean is just 5 minutes to walk from our doorstep. The apartment comes with breakfast. You can cook by yourself or you can order from us a la carte. We rent out only for 1 party at a time. The day reate for the whole apartment is 50 Euro for max. 4 persons. The minimum booking is 3 days, in Dec/Jan/Feb/ it is 7 days. At the time of the booking we need an advance of 50% of the total, the balance has to be paid upon arrival. For cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival we refund half of the advance payment. Below that no refund. |
